主动呼吸循环训练联合无创呼吸机干预对肺源性心脏病合并呼吸衰竭的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨肺源性心脏病(PHD)合并呼吸衰竭患者实施主动呼吸循环训练联合无创呼吸机干预的临床价值。方法选取我院2020年7月至2023年6月收治的70例PHD合并呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,采用摸球法分为两组,每组35例,对照组采用无创呼吸机干预,观察组在此基础上增加主动呼吸循环训练,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果两组症状缓解时间相比,观察组短于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组左室射血分数(LVEF)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV_(1))/用力肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气流速(PEF)水平及圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PHD合并呼吸衰竭患者中,采用主动呼吸循环训练联合无创呼吸机干预能快速改善患者的心肺功能,缓解临床症状,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical value of active respiratory cycle training combined with non-invasive ventilator intervention in patients with pulmonary heart disease(PHD)complicated with respiratory failure.Methods Seventy patients with PHD combined with respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group by touch ball method.The control group was treated with non-invasive ventilator intervention,and the observation group was supplemented with active respiratory cycle training on this basis,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Symptom remission time in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1))/forced vital capacity(FVC),maximum expiratory flow rate(PEF)and St.George's Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In PHD patients with respiratory failure,active respiratory cycle training combined with non-invasive ventilator intervention can rapidly improve the patients'cardiopulmonary function,relieve clinical symptoms and improve quality of life.
