自拟舒心活血汤治疗2型糖尿病合并冠心病的效果

摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者应用自拟舒心活血汤治疗的效果。方法将2023年1月至7月本院收治的68例2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者纳入研究,随机分为对照组(34例,常规西药)、观察组(34例,常规西药+自拟舒心活血汤),对比两组中医证候积分、血糖水平、血脂水平。结果治疗后观察组患者中医证候积分、血糖、血脂水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟舒心活血汤在2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者中具较好的应用效果,可改善患者的糖脂水平,改善症状,具有较好的应用推广价值。Objective To analyze the effect of self-prepared Shuxin Huoxue Decoction treatment in type 2 diabetes patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 68 patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease from January to July 2023 were included in the study,which were randomly divided into control group(34 cases,conventional western medicine)and observation group(34 cases,conventional western medicine+self-prepared Shuxin Huoxue Decoction).TCM syndrome score,blood sugar level and blood lipid level were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the score,plasma glucose and blood lipid were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-prepared Shuxin Huoxue Decoction has good application effect on 2 diabetes combined with coronary heart disease,can improve the sugar and lipid level of patients,improve the symptoms,and has good application and promotion value.
