摘  要:采用Midas/Gen对某电厂钢煤斗进行有限元分析,研究连体钢煤斗在设计荷载作用下的应力、变形变化规律。同时,对连体钢煤斗支承位置变化、钢煤斗的应力和变形变化规律进行探究,连体异形煤斗在距顶部6~7 m位置时对煤斗壁板、加劲板最大应力及变形的影响较小;支承高度变化对支承处总反力没有影响。This paper uses MIDAS/GEN to conduct finite element analysis on the steel coal bunker of a power plant.The stress and deformation changes of the connected steel coal bunker under design loads are studied.At the same time,in order to investigate the changes in the supporting position of the connected steel coal bunker,the stress and deformation patterns of the steel coal bunker are explored.Through a comparative analysis,it is found that the maximum stress and deformation of the coal bunker wall plate and stiffening plate are relatively small at a distance of 6~7 m from the top of the connected heterogeneous coal bunker.The change in support height has no effect on the total reaction force at the support.
