摘 要:电厂钢煤斗外形日趋复杂,规范、手册中基于简化和假定的计算方法适用范围有限。利用有限元分析软件建立钢煤斗整体空间模型,经过计算和调整得到满足规范要求的应力和变形结果,同时也和手册计算结果进行了对比。另外还从荷载取值、计算分析、加劲肋加固、支座反力复核等角度对已有钢煤斗的分仓改造设计进行了探讨。The appearance of steel coal hoppers in power plants is becoming increasingly complex,and the applicability of simplified and assumed calculation methods based on specifications and manuals is limited.This article establishes and overall spatial mode of a steel coal hopper using finite element analysis software,and obtains stress and deformation results that meet the specifications through calculation and adjustment.The results are also compared with those calculated in the manual.In addition,the design of the existing steel coal hopper silo renovation is discussed from the perspectives of load value,calculation analysis,reinforcement of stiffeners,and review of support reaction.
