摘 要:针对油浸变压器发生事故时燃烧的变压器油溢出油坑导致事故扩大的现象,通过对油坑卵石层物理特性的研究,分析油坑卵石层不同铺设方式的防火性能,探讨油坑卵石层的水力计算方法,并通过油坑排油水力计算分析,结合相关防火试验结果,参照相关国际标准,对变压器油坑的防火设计方案进行分析比较,阐明变压器油溢出油坑的机理,提出提高变压器油坑防火能力的技术措施,为变压器油坑的工程设计提供依据。In view of the phenomenon that the burning transformer oil overflows the oil pit during the accident of the oil-immersed transformer,which leads to the expansion of the accident,through the study of the physical characteristics of the pebble layer in the oil pit,the fireproof performance of different laying methods of the pebble layer in the oil pit is analyzed,and the hydraulic calculation method of the pebble layer in the oil pit is discussed.Through the hydraulic calculation analysis of the oil pit drainage,combined with relevant fireproof test results and referring to relevant international standards,the fireproof design scheme of the transformer oil pit is analyzed,the mechanism of transformer oil overflowing the oil pit is clarified,and technical measures are proposed to improve the fireproof ability of the transformer oil pit,providing a basis for engineering design of the transformer oil pit.
