摘  要:结构设计往往受限于“厂家要求优先”原则,电气作为土建与厂家之间的接口传递中介,也普遍存在力学概念不清晰、对厂家的技术要求不理解等情况。长期以来,GIS支架基础、汽轮发电机基础等的变形要求含糊不清,导致结构设计不合理且极为保守。深圳高埗燃机项目在此问题上的矛盾尤为突出,各方经过多次技术会议讨论才在一定程度上达成共识。然而,GIS仅仅是电厂诸多设备中的一员,结构、基础、设备、管道等的变形限值问题贯穿于每个结构设计工作。旨在研究结构、基础、设备、管道的变形限值要求,找到控制变形的关键因素,由此建立一般性的变形评价标准,从根本上解决土建结构与各专业及制造厂家之间的矛盾。Structural design is often limited by the principle of“prioritizing manufacturer requirements”.As an interface transmission intermediary between civil engineering and manufacturers,electrical engineering also generally has unclear mechanical concepts and in comprehension technical requirements from manufacturers.For a long time,the deformation requirements for GIS(gas insulated switchgear)support foundations,turbine generator foundations,etc.have been ambiguous,resulting in unreasonable and extremely conservative structural designs.The contradiction in this issue is particularly prominent in the Shenzhen Gaopu gas turbine project,and consensus has been reached to a certain extent through multiple technical meetings and discussions.However,GIS is only one of the many equipment in power plants,and the deformation limit issues of structures,foundations,equipments,pipelines,etc.run through every structural design work.This article aims to study the deformation limit requirements of structures,foundations,equipments,and pipelines,identify the key factors controlling deformation,and establish general deformation evaluation standards to fundamentally solve the contradictions between civil engineering structures and various specialties and manufacturers.
