摘 要:随着大规模集中供热的推行、高参数多能级供汽热电联产机组的开发,机组基座的良好动力性能仍是机组平稳运行的重要保障。为研究新型660 MW超超临界抽凝供热汽轮发电机机组基座的动力性能,采用有限元软件建立基座的实体模型,选取设备刚度作为谐响应分析结果的关键影响因素,通过在有限元模型中采用多组不同刚度和厚度的表面单元模拟设备刚度,对比了不同的设备刚度对谐响应分析结果的影响。获得设备刚度对基座谐响应分析结果的影响区间,从而提出判断基座动力性能的设备刚度影响区间法。大型新型基座的设计往往具有设备刚度难以确定的问题,采用设备刚度影响区间法能更清晰地判断基座的动力性能范围,为大型新型的基座设计提供指导意义。With the implementation of large-scale centralized heating and the development of high-parameter multi-level steam supply combined heat and power units,the good dynamic performance of the unit foundation is still an important guarantee for the stable operation of the unit.In order to study the dynamic performance of the foundation of a new 660 MW ultra-supercritical extraction condensing heat supply steam turbine generator unit,a finite element solid model of the foundation is established by using finite element software.The equipment stiffness is selected as a key factor affecting the results of harmonic response analysis.By using multiple sets of surface elements with different stiffness and thickness in the finite element model to simulate the equipment stiffness,the influence of different equipment stiffness simulations on the results of harmonic response analysis is compared.The influence range of equipment stiffness on the results of harmonic response analysis of the foundation is obtained,and an equipment stiffness influence range method for judging the dynamic performance of the foundation is proposed.The design of large new-type foundations often has difficulties in determining equipment stiffness.The equipment stiffness influence range method can judge the dynamic performance range of the foundation more clearly,providing guidance for large new-type foundation design.
