摘　　要：在分析地方本科高校一流专业建设意义的基础上,该文以湘潭大学为例,从财政投入、教学资源、课程体系等角度对当前地方本科高校一流专业建设存在的问题进行研究,并着重从优化资源结构、开拓有利发展空间、重点投入关键指标、构筑特色本科专业、引入一流师资队伍等方面提出了地方本科高校一流专业建设的主要路径,以期实现区域高等教育内涵式发展,提高地方本科高校的专业建设质量与水平,推进我国人才培养质量的提升。On the basis of analyzing the significance of the construction of first-class majors in local undergraduate colleges and universities,Xiangtan University is taken as an example to study the problems of the construction of first-class majors in local undergraduate colleges and universities from the perspectives of financial investment,teaching resources and curriculum system.It also puts forward the main path for the construction of first-class majors in local undergraduate colleges and universities from the aspects of optimizing the structure of resource,opening up favorable development space,focusing on the key indexes,constructing characteristic undergraduate majors,and introducing first-class faculty members,etc.,so as to realize the connotative development of regional higher education,improve the quality and level of professional construction of local undergraduate colleges and universities,and push forward the enhancement of the quality of talent cultivation in China.
