摘　　要：随着轨道交通建设的快速发展,施工安全监管的重要性日益凸显.基于此,分析了轨道交通施工安全监管现状与面临的挑战,如监管环境的多元性与动态性、监管手段的局限性与滞后性、责任体系缺失与执行力不足及应急响应机制的脆弱性,并在此基础上提出了轨道交通施工安全监管机制的创新策略,包括构建智慧监管平台,强化标准化与精细化管理,建立多方协同监管机制,提升应急响应能力及积极推广先进技术应用.With the rapid development of rail transit construction,the importance of construction safety supervision has become increasingly prominent. Based on this,this paper analyzes the current situation and challenges of rail transit construction safety supervision,such as the diversity and dynamic nature of regulatory environment,the limitation and lag of regulatory means,the lack of responsibility system and the lack of execution,and the vulnerability of emergency response mechanism. On this basis,it puts forward innovative strategies for rail transit construction safety supervision mechanism,including the construction of intelligent supervision platform. Strengthen standardization and fine management,establish a multi-party collaborative supervision mechanism,improve emergency response capabilities and actively promote the application of advanced technologies.
