Its key points include the establishment and improvement of safety management system and continuous optimization,strengthening safety education and training and cultural construction,deepening on-site safety management,and building a comprehensive and efficient emergency rescue system. Specific measures,such as strict implementation of operating procedures,improvement of emergency plans,and improvement of emergency response capabilities,can ensure safe production and maintain social stability.
