摘　　要：为了优化大学生档案整理流程并加强安全风险防控,从当前档案管理的重要意义与面临的挑战出发,提出了构建智能化档案管理体系、完善档案转递与安全保障机制、提升档案管理人员专业能力与服务水平、强化档案安全意识与法规制度建设等策略,旨在全面提升大学生档案管理水平,为大学生未来发展提供有力支持.In order to optimize the archival arrangement process of college students and strengthen the prevention and control of security risks,based on the significance and challenges of current archival management,this paper puts forward some strategies,such as building an intelligent archival management system,improving the archival transfer and security guarantee mechanism,improving the professional ability and service level of archival management personnel,and strengthening the awareness of archival security and the construction of laws and regulations. It aims to comprehensively improve the level of archives management of college students and provide strong support for their future development.
