摘　　要：腐败感知指个体或群体对政府执政腐败程度和腐败特征的评价,反映了民众对官员腐败的主观感受。以往研究主要从横断调查层面考察腐败感知的水平和影响因素等,但很少从纵向层面关注它的变迁及其宏观成因。本研究对采用单一指标测量的中国民众腐败感知的已有研究(共包括456253名被试)进行横断历史的元分析。研究发现:2013~2022年,我国民众腐败感知水平总体上呈下降趋势;来自反腐败力度和经济发展两个方面的宏观社会指标的变化能显著预测民众腐败感知水平的下降。本研究不仅探究了我国民众腐败感知近10年的变迁趋势,而且结合社会宏观发展的指标,提出了腐败感知“阵痛期效应”。在实践上,为研判我国民众腐败感知趋势和制定相关政策提供“去腐”与“生肌”两步走的思路。Corruption perception refers to the evaluation of individuals or groups on the degree and characteristics of corruption in government,reflecting the subjective feelings of the public towards official.Previous studies mainly investigated the level and influencing factors of corruption perception from the horizontal survey level,but seldom paid attention to its social changes and macro causes from the vertical level.This study conducted a cross-sectional meta-analysis of previous studies(including 456,253 participants)that used a single indicator to measure the perception of corruption among Chinese people.The study found that the level of corruption perception of Chinese people showed a downward trend year by year from 2013 to 2022;Changes in macro social indicators from anti-corruption efforts and economic development can significantly predict the decline in people's perception of corruption.This study not only explored the change trend of Chinese people's perception of corruption in the past 10 years,but also put forward the“pain period effect”of corruption perception by the indicators of social macro development.This study provided a two-step approach of“Removing Rot”and“Grow new”in practice for intervening and adjusting our people's perception of corruption.
