摘  要:脓毒症是由于机体感染导致宿主反应失控,进而发展为致命性器官功能障碍的一种急性重症疾病。由于其病理生理机制复杂且异质性高,脓毒症已成为重症患者的主要死亡原因。转录组学指在某种生理或病理条件下细胞内全部转录产物的集合,通过对基因转录及转录调控规律的研究,反映了特定环境中的细胞活动状态。近年来,转录组学在脓毒症早期识别、精准治疗和预后评估方面取得了一些突破性的进展,有望构建脓毒症诊断和治疗的新体系。本文对相关文章进行回顾,旨在明确转录组学在脓毒症诊疗方面的研究进展。Sepsis is an acute severe syndrome that develops into fatal organ dysfunction due to infection induced uncontrolled host response.Due to its complex and heterogeneous pathophysiology,sepsis has become the leading cause of death in critically ill patients.Transcriptomics refers to the collection of all transcription products in a cell under certain physiological or pathological conditions which reflects cellular activities in a specific environment and being studied with gene transcription and transcriptional regulation.In recent years,transcriptomics has made some breakthroughs in early identification,precise treatment and prognostic evaluation of sepsis,which is potential to construct a new system for diagnosing and managing sepsis.This paper reviews related articles to clarify research progress of transcriptomics in sepsis diagnosis and treatment.
