摘 要:随着社会老龄化程度的不断加重,衰老对肌腱的影响备受关注。目前,衰老相关致病机制尚未完全阐明。本文总结了衰老对肌腱细胞、肌腱干细胞及细胞外基质等方面的影响,并探讨了衰老相关肩袖损伤、跟腱断裂等疾病的流行病学特征和衰老肌腱潜在的改善及治疗方法,旨在为进一步研究衰老肌腱相关病理生理机制、开发有效干预策略以及相关疾病治疗提供新思路。As the aging population in China continues to increase,the effect of senescence on tendons has attracted much attention.At present,the pathogenic mechanisms of senescence have not been fully elucidated.This article summarizes the effects of senescence on tendon cells,tendon stem cells,and extracellular matrix,and discusses the epidemiological characteristics of senescence-related diseases such as rotator cuff injury and Achilles tendon rupture,as well as potential ameliorations and treatments for senescence tendons.The aim is to provide new ideas for further research into the pathological and physiological mechanisms of senescence tendons,the development of effective intervention strategies,and the treatment of related diseases.
