摘 要:腹腔镜袖状胃切除术(LSG)已成为全球范围内最常用的减重术式。其主要减重机制是通过缩小胃容积来限制肥胖患者的食物摄入。术后残胃容积的测量在评估手术质量和预测减重效果方面具有重要作用。本文总结了残胃容积的测量方法,以帮助临床医生更好地预测减重效果、优化手术操作及指导围术期管理。Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy(LSG)has become the most commonly performed bariatric surgery worldwide.Its primary weight loss mechanism is to restrict food intake in patients with obesity by reducing gastric volume.The measurement of the postoperative residual gastric volume is crucial in assessing the quality of the surgery and predicting weight loss outcomes.This article summarizes the methods for measuring residual stomach volume to assist clinicians in better predicting weight loss outcomes,optimizing surgical techniques,and guiding perioperative management.
