青海西宁地区SpO_(2)/FiO_(2)与PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)之间的关系探索

摘  要:目的探讨中度海拔地区的SpO_(2)/FiO_(2)与PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)之间的关系。方法收集2022年2月7日至2024年3月7日期间在青海省人民医院重症医学科的血气分析资料,去除SpO_(2)≥97%的动脉血气,最终纳入研究血气分析8662份。结果SpO_(2)/FiO_(2)与PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)之间的关系模型包括线性模型与二次曲线模型,线性模型SpO_(2)/FiO_(2)=45.614+0.847×PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)校正,可能更符合中度海拔的严重疾病分类。结论2023版ARDS指标的SpO_(2)/FiO_(2)诊断阈值及分层界值在中度海拔地区的优效性和准确性仍需进一步研究。Objective To explore the relationship between SpO_(2)/FiO_(2) and PaO_(2)/FiO_(2) at moderate altitudes.Methods We collected arterial blood gas analysis data in the Intensive Care Unit of Qinghai Provincial People’s Hospital from February 2022 to March 2024.We excluded the arterial blood gases with SpO_(2)≥97%and finally included 8662 cases for the study.Results The relationship model between SpO_(2)/FiO_(2) and PaO_(2)/FiO_(2) included the linear and quadratic models.The linear model was expressed as SpO_(2)/FiO_(2)=45.614+0.847×PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)(corrected),which may be more suitable for categorizing severe diseases at moderate altitudes.Conclusion Further research is needed to evaluate the efficacy and accuracy of the SpO_(2)/FiO_(2) threshold and stratification criteria proposed in the 2023 ARDS guidelines for moderate altitudes.
