摘　　要：抗合成酶综合征是特发性炎性肌病的一种类型,患者血清中可检测抗氨酰基tRNA合成酶抗体,临床可表现关节炎、肌炎、间质性肺病三联征,ILD亦可为首发,但其发病机制仍不十分明确。总结ASS可能的发病机制、常见几种靶抗原及其功能、抗ARS抗体的作用及不同抗体亚型的临床特征,为了解疾病发病机制及临床诊治提供一些参考。Antisynthetase syndrome(ASS)is a subtype of idiopathic inflammatory myopathy.Anti-aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase antibodies can be detected in the serum of ASS patients.ASS may clinically manifest as arthritis,myositis,and interstitial lung disease(ILD).ILD can also be the first manifestation of the ASS,but its pathogenesis is still not very clear.This paper summarizes the possible pathogenesis of ASS,several common target antigens and their functions,the role of anti-ARS antibodies,and the clinical characteristics of different antibodies,in order to help other clinicians understand the pathogenesis and clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
