摘　　要：微血管减压术(MVD)是治疗原发性三叉神经痛(TN)的首选治疗方案。以往显微镜下MVD存在视觉盲区导致术后存在遗漏责任血管的情况,而神经内镜下开展MVD具有深部照明好、抵近观察、局部放大、不遗漏责任血管、成像分辨率高、全景观察等优势。本文报道1例右侧原发性TN患者,经神经内镜MVD治疗后疼痛完全缓解,治疗效果满意。Microvascular decompression(MVD)is the preferred treatment for primary trigeminal neuralgia(TN).In the past,there was a visual blind spot in MVD under the microscope,and there were cases of missing responsible blood vessels after surgery.However,performing MVD under endoscopy has advantages such as good deep lighting,close observation,local magnification,no omission of responsible blood vessels,high imaging resolution,and panoramic observation.This article reports a case of primary TN on the right side.After treatment with endoscopic MVD,the pain was completely relieved and the treatment effect was satisfactory.
