摘 要:深部矿体规模化连续开采是未来矿山开采“深地化”的前沿研究方向。针对深部硬岩矿床传统的间断式采矿作业模式与深部智能化高效开采形成相互制约的问题,提出一种并行式采出充连续采矿作业模式,利用柔性隔离层实现采充并行的充填与连续出矿工艺流程。借助理论计算并结合FLAC3D数值计算软件分析了高阶段大采场并行充填工艺中的充填体强度分布,确定了高阶段采场不同高度的充填体强度需求。利用PFC离散元软件分析并行充填与连续出矿中“矿-充”散体流动规律及隔离层变形损伤特性。结果表明:并行充填与连续出矿工艺中,采场顶部及底部充填体28 d固结承压强度应大于8 MPa,随着充填和放矿的进行,在接近放矿漏斗口时,隔离层最大载荷为57 kPa,此时隔离层出现明显的下凹变形,靠近两侧矿柱区域损伤增加,产生明显的拉压破坏。研究可为深部矿体开采连续作业提供参考。Large-scale continuous mining of deep ore bodies is the frontier research direction of deep mining in the future.Aiming at the problem of mutual restriction between the traditional intermittent mining operation mode and the deep intelligent and efficient mining of deep hard rock deposits,a continuous mining operation mode of parallel mining and filling was proposed,which used flexible isolation layer to realize the parallel filling and continuous mining process.The strength distribution of filling body in parallel filling process of high-stage large stope was analyzed by means of theoretical calculation formula and FLAC3D numerical software,and the strength requirements of filling body at different heights of high-stage stope were determined.PFC discrete element software was used to analyze the flow law of ore-filling granular and the deformation damage characteristics of isolation layer in parallel filling and continuous ore drawing.The results show that in the parallel filling and continuous ore drawing process,the 28 d consolidation bearing strength of the filling body at the top and bottom of the stope should be greater than 8 MPa.With the filling and ore drawing,the maximum load of the isolation layer is 57 kPa when it is close to the funnel mouth of the ore drawing.At this time,the isolation layer has obvious concave deformation,and the damage near the pillar area on both sides increases,resulting in obvious tensile and compressive damage.The study can provide reference for the continuous operation of deep ore body mining.
