摘 要:为研究莱州市三山岛北部海域金矿区进风井松散堆积物岩组中的渗流场对冻结温度的影响规律,基于流速测定和岩组材料参数,建立COMSOL有限元数值模型,对立井三圈冻结施工的交圈时间和冻结帷幕的形成时间进行预测,并通过工程实例验证立井三圈冻结施工方案设计和数值模拟的可靠性。结果表明:由于沿海地下水流速较大,冻结过程中迎流面交圈线呈“齿状”;冻结管的低温在渗流作用下对下游影响显著,冻结帷幕呈不对称发展且向渗流下游偏移;三圈冻结设计使得立井开挖区域在冻结18 d后温度降低至相变温度-1℃以下。工程验证中交圈时间和冻结帷幕形成时间分别为25 d和36 d,与数值模拟结果一致,研究结果可为类似工程提供参考。To study the influence of seepage field on the freezing temperature in the loose accumulation rock group of the intake air shaft in the gold mining area in the northern sea area of Sanshan Island,Laizhou City,based on the flow velocity measurement and the material parameters of the rock group,the COMSOL finite element numerical model was established.The intersection time of the three-circle freezing construction of the vertical shaft and the formation time of the freezing curtain were predicted,and the reliability of the design and numerical simulation of the three-circle freezing construction scheme of the vertical shaft was verified by an engineering example.The results show that due to the high flow velocity of coastal groundwater,the intersection line of the inflow surface is shaped like teeth during the freezing process.The low temperature of the freezing pipe has a significant impact on the downstream under the seepage action,and the freezing curtain develops asymmetrically and shifts to the downstream of seepage.The three-circle freezing design reduces the temperature of the shaft excavation area to below the phase transition temperature of-1℃after 18 days of freezing.In the engineering verification,the intersection time and the freezing curtain formation time are 25 d and 36 d,respectively,which are consistent with the numerical simulation results.The research results can provide reference for similar projects.
