摘 要:为探究渗锌锚杆的耐酸蚀性能,开展了酸性环境下渗锌锚杆的腐蚀特征及力学性能劣化研究。首先,以普通锚杆、渗锌锚杆为试验对象开展了锚杆浸泡腐蚀试验,构建了渗锌锚杆腐蚀动力学模型,研究了渗锌锚杆力学性能劣化规律及腐蚀失效机理;其次,应用Abaqus软件模拟分析了锚杆腐蚀劣化对巷道围岩稳定性的影响;最后,通过工程应用检验了渗锌锚杆的耐酸蚀性能。结果表明:同等腐蚀条件下,渗锌锚杆的耐酸蚀性能显著优于普通锚杆,渗锌锚杆支护巷道的围岩稳定性显著高于普通锚杆支护巷道;酸性环境下,普通锚杆呈加速腐蚀特征,渗锌锚杆呈匀速腐蚀特征;腐蚀100 d后,普通锚杆的屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率分别下降了6.50%、6.37%、15.85%,拉伸断裂形态由韧性断裂向韧性-脆性混合断裂转变,渗锌锚杆的屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率分别下降了2.85%、1.45%、7.97%,拉伸断裂形态仍为韧性断裂;腐蚀发生后,普通锚杆支护巷道顶板、两帮的位移量分别增长了50.07%、52.50%,应力分别增长了36.85%、27.41%,渗锌锚杆支护巷道顶板、两帮的位移量分别增长了21.07%、22.06%,应力分别增长了16.37%、20.54%。工程应用结果表明,采用渗锌锚杆进行巷道支护可有效延长锚固支护寿命、保障巷道支护安全。To explore the acid corrosion resistance of zinc-infiltrated anchor bolt,the corrosion characteristics and mechanical properties of zinc-infiltrated anchor bolt in acidic environment were studied.Firstly,the immersion corrosion tests on ordinary anchor bolts and zinc-infiltrated anchor bolts were carried out,the corrosion kinetic model of zinc-infiltrated anchor bolt was constructed,and the deterioration law of mechanical properties and corrosion failure mechanism of zinc-infiltrated anchor bolt were analyzed.Secondly,the influence of anchor bolt corrosion degradation on the stability of roadway surrounding rocks was analyzed by Abaqus numerical simulation.Finally,the acid corrosion resistance of the zinc-infiltrated anchor bolt was tested by engineering application.The results show that under the same corrosion conditions,the acid corrosion resistance of zinc-infiltrated anchor bolt is significantly better than that of ordinary anchor bolt,and the stability of roadway surrounding rocks supported by zinc-infiltrated anchor bolt is significantly higher than that of ordinary anchor bolt supporting roadway.In the acidic environment,the ordinary anchor bolt is characterized by accelerated corrosion,and the zinc-infiltrated anchor bolt is characterized by uniform corrosion.After corrosion for 100 days,the yield strength,tensile strength and elongation rate of ordinary anchor bolt decrease by 6.50%,6.37%and 15.85%respectively,and the tensile fracture form changes from ductile fracture to ductile-brittle mixed fracture.The yield strength,tensile strength and elongation rate of the zinc-infiltrated anchor bolt are decreased by 2.85%,1.45%and 7.97%respectively,and the tensile fracture form is still ductile fracture.After the occurrence of corrosion,the displacement of the roof and two sides of the roadway supported by ordinary anchor bolts is increased by 50.07%and 52.50%respectively,and the stress is increased by 36.85%and 27.41%respectively.The displacement of roof and two sides of roadway supported by zinc-infiltration
