摘 要:刚果(金)SICOMINES高氧化率铜钴矿含有部分较难选的含铜矿物,导致选别指标较差。为回收浮选尾矿中的含铜矿物,对浮选尾矿进行了矿物成分分析,并对浮选尾矿进行了重选、磁选、浮选以及多种选别方式联合的再选试验研究。最终确定了对浮选尾矿采用一粗一扫强磁选,对磁选精矿进行一粗一扫浮选,对磁选精矿的浮选尾矿再进行一段强磁选的选别工艺。增加浮选尾矿再选工艺后,总铜和总钴回收率分别达到了84.74%和56.88%,比原浮选工艺分别提高了8.96和8.28个百分点。同时,对浮选尾矿再磁选的磁选精矿再选别,大大降低磁选精矿的浸出酸耗量。Copper-cobalt ore with high oxidation rate in SICOMINES from the Democratic Republic of the Congo contains some copper-bearing minerals which are difficult to be separated,resulting in poor separation indexes.In order to recover copper-bearing minerals in flotation tailings,the mineral composition of flotation tailings was analyzed.The flotation tailings were re-separated by gravity separation,magnetic separation,flotation and combination of various separation methods.Finally,it was determined that the flotation tailings were separated to one roughing and one scavenging strong magnetic separation,the magnetic separation concentrate was separated by one roughing and one scavenging flotation,and the flotation tailings of the magnetic separation concentrate were separated by a section of strong magnetic separation process.The recovery rates of total copper and total cobalt reach 84.74%and 56.88%respectively after adding the re-separation process on flotation tailings,which are 8.96 and 8.28 percentage points higher than those of the original flotation process.Meanwhile,conducting re-separation on the magnetic separation concentrate from magnetic separation of flotation tailings can greatly reduce the leaching acid consumption of magnetic separation concentrate.
