摘　　要：减少装置非计划停工是提升化工企业竞争力的关键,炼化企业对装置非计划停工管理均有严格要求。通过对乙烯装置非计划停工案例统计分析,从提升体系化管理方面论述了减少乙烯装置非计划停工的具体做法,包括搭建风险管控一体化管理平台体系,完善风险评估、科学决策体系。通过标准化管理建立防控为主、全员参与的风险管控体系,包括大机组的标准化管理,裂解炉标准化管理,以及动静电仪各专业的标准化管理。Reducing the unplanned shutdowns of plants is the key to the competitiveness of chemical enterprises.Refining and petrochemical enterprises have strict requirements for management on the unplanned shutdowns of plants.This paper mainly discusses the specific methods for reducing the unplanned shutdowns of ethylene plant from the aspect of systematic management improvement,including improving the hidden danger management and the risk control system,and improving the risk assessment and the scientific decision-making management system.A risk control system with prevention and control as the main focus and with full participation is established through standardized management,including standardized management on large compressor units,standardized management on cracking furnaces,and standardized management on rotating equipment,static equipment,electrical and instrumentation disciplines.
