摘  要:某1000 kt/a乙烯装置2019年利用大检修进行扩能改造,装置能力达到1100 kt/a乙烯。装置扩能后,持续高负荷运行,在夏季循环水温度高、裂解炉投退炉时,急冷水换热器换热能力无法满足生产要求,急冷水塔釜温、顶温过高,导致部分重烃和水经急冷水塔塔顶进入裂解气压缩机系统,导致压缩机运转负荷增大,加剧了压缩机叶轮流道结焦风险。通过增加急冷水换热器换热面积,解决了夏季和裂解炉投退炉期间换热器换热能力不足问题,延长了装置运行周期。A 1.0 Mt/a ethylene plant was modified during its overhaul in 2019 to expand its capacity to 1.1 million tons per year.After capacity expansion,the plant has been continuously operated at high load.The heat exchange capacity of quench water heat exchanger could not meet the production requirements when the temperature of circulating water was high in summer and during the feeding and unloading of cracking furnace.The kettle temperature and top temperature of quench water tower were too high,so that some heavy hydrocarbons and water entered the cracking gas compressor system through the top of the quench water tower,increasing the operating load of the compressor and intensifying the risk of coking in compressor impeller channel.By increasing the heat exchange area of quench water heat exchanger,the problem of insufficient heat exchange capacity of the heat exchanger in summer and during the feeding and unloading of cracking furnace was solved,the operation cycle of the plant was prolonged,and good effect was achieved.
