旋风式烧焦气沉降罐在乙烯装置的应用

摘　　要：乙烯装置裂解炉在运行过程中需定期烧焦,烧焦气沉降罐为裂解炉烧焦时的核心设备。烧焦气沉降罐于1994年投用,在长时间使用过程中烧焦气沉降罐内部构件冲刷腐蚀严重,无法起到焦粒沉降分离作用,设备外表和地面受污染。为解决该问题,更换旋风式烧焦气沉降罐,提高焦粒去除率,烧焦气沉降罐周围面貌改善明显。Regular coke burning is required for cracking furnaces of ethylene plants during operation,and coke burning gas settling tank is the core equipment of cracking furnace.This article takes a coke burning gas settling tank,which was put into use in 1994,as an example.During long-term use,the internal components of the coke burning gas settling tank were seriously eroded and corroded,failing to settle and separate coke particles,and the surface of equipment and the ground were polluted.In order to solve this problem,a cyclone coke burning gas settling tank was used to improve the removal rate of coke particles,remarkably improving the surrounding area of the coke burning gas settling tank.
