摘  要:在双组分液体硅橡胶中添加不同抗菌剂并进行高温硫化,研究抗菌剂在硅橡胶中的分散性和稳定性。结果表明:液体硅橡胶适合使用无机银抗菌剂和无机银锌抗菌剂;无机类抗菌剂粒径越小,在硅橡胶中分散越均匀;在潮湿环境下,无机银抗菌剂和无机银锌抗菌剂在硅橡胶中的稳定性很好;随着无机类抗菌剂用量的增大,硅橡胶的透明度下降;添加少量无机银抗菌剂和无机银锌抗菌剂对硅橡胶的物理性能有一定影响;无机银抗菌剂和无机银锌抗菌剂的广谱抗菌性能良好。Different antibacterial agents were added to two-component liquid silicone rubber and conduct high-temperature vulcanization to study the dispersibility and stability of the antibacterial agents in silicone rubber.The results showed that inorganic silver antibacterial agents and inorganic silver-zinc antibacterial agents were suitable for liquid silicone rubber.The smaller the particle size of inorganic antibacterial agents was,the more uniform dispersion in silicone rubber was.Both inorganic silver antibacterial agents and inorganic silver-zinc antibacterial agents demonstrated good stability in silicone rubber under humid conditions.With the increase of the amount of inorganic antibacterial agents,the transparency of silicone rubber decreased.The addition of a small amount of inorganic silver antibacterial agents and inorganic silverzinc antibacterial agents had a certain effects on the physical properties of silicone rubber.Both inorganic silver antibacterial agents and inorganic silver-zinc antibacterial agents had excellent broad-spectrum antibacterial properties.
