摘　　要：研究轨道车辆D360联轴器楔形橡胶块的硫化工艺。对楔形橡胶块骨架喷砂、除尘、涂胶等工序进行了针对性的优化,金属与橡胶粘接良好;采用Sigmasoft软件对楔形橡胶块的硫化时间和硫化温度进行精细化仿真,得出在143℃下硫化30 min时,楔形橡胶块外观及性能稳定,满足设计及使用要求。The vulcanization process of wedge-shaped rubber block for D360 coupling of rail vehicles was studied.The targeted optimization was carried out on the sandblasting,dust removal and glue coating processes of the wedge-shaped rubber block skeleton,the bonding property between metal and rubber was good.The vulcanization time and vulcanization temperature of the wedge-shaped rubber blocks were simulated in detail using Sigmasoft software,and it was found that after vulcanization for 30 min at 143℃,the appearance and performance of the wedge-shaped rubber block were stable and met the design and usage requirements.
