摘 要:针对飞机油路管道固定卡箍的橡胶垫片在安装使用后的破裂现象,通过对故障卡箍橡胶垫片进行裂纹断口宏观检查、断口形貌分析、硬度检测、能谱和红外光谱测试,分析卡箍橡胶垫片破裂原因。结果表明:故障卡箍橡胶垫片内侧表面开裂是由疲劳断裂引起的;故障卡箍橡胶垫片的硬度不满足要求是导致其疲劳断裂的主要原因,建议从卡带加工、橡胶垫片性能控制、卡箍结构设计及卡箍安装等方面严格控制卡箍质量。Aiming at the cracking phenomenon of the rubber gasket for the fixed clamp of the aircraft oil pipeline after installation and being used,crack fracture macroscopic inspection,fracture morphology analysis,hardness testing,energy spectrum and infrared spectrum testing of the faulty clamp rubber gasket were conducted to analyze its fracture cause.The results indicated that the cracking on the inner surface of the faulty clamp rubber gasket was caused by fatigue fracture.The main reason for the fatigue fracture of the faulty clamp rubber gasket was that its hardness did not meet the requirements.It was recommended to strictly control the quality of the clamp from the aspects of clamp strap processing,rubber gasket performance control,clamp structure design and clamp installation.
