摘  要:研究3种模具结构对山形组合橡胶密封圈质量的影响。结果表明:采用封闭式高锥面配合结构模具,上模制备丁腈橡胶(NBR)山形密封圈、下模制备NBR夹布山形密封圈,形成的山形组合密封圈产品外观优良、质量稳定且合格率高,有利于减少材料损耗,提高企业利润率。The influence of three mold structures on the quality of the mountain-shaped combined rubber seal ring was studied.The results showed that using the closed high cone surface matching structure mold,the nitrile rubber(NBR)mountain-shaped seal ring for the upper mold and NBR sandwich fabric mountainshaped seal ring for the lower mold were prepared and formed a mountain-shaped combined seal ring product with excellent appearance,stable quality,and high qualification rate,which was conducive to reducing material loss and improving enterprise profitability.
