摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法测定硫化胶中的4,4′-二氨基-3,3′-二氯二苯甲烷(MOCA)含量。采用丙酮作为萃取溶剂,在60℃下超声萃取60 min,提取硫化胶中MOCA的效果最佳。MOCA质量浓度在2.0~20.0 mg·L^(-1)内与峰面积的线性关系良好,相关因数为0.999;平均加标回收率为95%~110%,相对标准偏差小于0.51%。该方法测定结果准确、重现性好。High performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of 4,4′-diamino-3,3′-dichlorodiphenylmethane(MOCA)in vulcanizates.The best extract effect of MOCA in vulcanizate was achieved by acetone as the extraction solvent and ultrasonic extraction at 60℃ for 60 min.The linear relationship between the mass concentration of MOCA and the peak area was good in the range of 2.0 to 20.0 mg·L^(-1),with a correlation coefficient of 0.999.The average recovery rates were 95%~110%,with a relative standard deviation of less than 0.51%.The results obtained by this method were accurate and reproducible.
