不同弯曲方式对热轧卷板包辛格效应的影响

摘  要:为了研究螺旋埋弧焊管用热轧卷板弯曲变形后的强度变化,对热轧卷板进行了不同方式的弯曲试验以获得接近成型后钢管的曲率,并通过对比卷板弯曲前后的拉伸性能,测量板材的包辛格效应值。结果表明,采用A、B、C三种弯曲方式,板材的屈服强度均出现了下降,其中C弯曲方式屈服强度下降最大,而A和B弯曲方式屈服强度下降较小。对于L485M钢级,实验室模拟方法获得的包辛格效应值与实际焊管成型产生的包辛格效应值比较接近,相差只有5 MPa。该方法实现了在钢管成型前对板材包辛格效应的快速高效预测。In order to study the strength change of spiral submerged arc welding pipe after bending deformation,the bending test of hot rolled coil was carried out to obtain the curvature of the steel pipe after forming,and the Bauschinger effect of the coil was measured by comparing the tensile properties before and after bending.The results show that the yield strength of the sheet decreases when three bending modes A,B and C are adopted,in which the yield strength of the C bending mode decreases the most,while the yield strength of the A and B bending modes decreases less.For L485M steel grade,the Bauschinger effect value obtained by the laboratory simulation method is close to the Bauschinger effect value produced by the actual welded pipe forming,the difference is only 5 MPa.The method can predict Bauschinger effect quickly and efficiently before steel tube forming.
