摘 要:高频焊接(high frequency welding,HFW)钢管因其高效、低成本的优势,在石油和天然气输送领域得到广泛应用,然而,焊缝质量问题一直是制约其进一步发展的关键因素。通过分析高频焊接的原理及其在油气输送领域的应用现状,探讨了影响高频焊管焊缝质量的主要因素,并详细讨论了焊接过程中关键变量(如焊接功率、焊接速度、挤压量等)的控制方法,提出了相应的质量控制措施,以期为提升高频焊接钢管焊缝质量提供理论指导和实践参考。High frequency welding(HFW)pipes have been widely used in the oil and gas transportation field due to their high efficiency and low cost.However,the quality problems of weld seams have always been the key factor restricting their further development.By analyzing the principle of high-frequency welding and its application status in the oil and gas transportation field,this paper discusses the main quality problems of weld seams and elaborates on the control methods of key variables during the welding process(such as welding power,welding speed,welding squeeze,etc.),and proposes corresponding quality control measures,with the aim of providing theoretical guidance and practical reference for improving the quality of weld seams in high frequency welded steel pipes.
