摘  要:针对某石化企业动力锅炉在标定工况下过热段蒸汽盘管开裂失效进行了理化分析,对断面进行宏观检查,并采用金相组织分析、扫描电镜等方法对蒸汽盘管开裂区域进行微观分析。结果表明,蒸汽盘管在该工况下发生碱应力腐蚀,进而引发失效断裂。建议在后期的生产运行中应保证锅筒汽液分离效果,避免蒸汽携带液滴进入过热段,引起局部碱浓缩,诱发应力腐蚀开裂;同时加强锅炉水质监控,强化锅炉操作规范,严格控制炉水中的碱含量可预防此类问题的发生。The cracking failure of steam coil in the superheated section of a power boiler in a petrochemical enterprise under calibrated conditions was analyzed.Through the macroscopic inspection of the section structure,and the microscopic analysis of the cracking area of the steam coil by metallographic analysis and scanning electron microscope,the results show that the steam coil has alkali stress corrosion under this condition,which leads to failure fracture.It is suggested that the vapour-liquid separation effect of the drum should be ensured in the later production operation to avoid steam carrying liquid droplets into the overheating section,causing local alkali concentration and inducing stress corrosion cracking;at the same time,strengthening the boiler water quality monitoring,strengthening the boiler operation specifications,and strictly controlling the alkali content in the furnace water can prevent the occurrence of such problems.
