摘  要:以电子商务为代表的数字技术与数字平台加速向“三农”领域拓展和延伸,为发展壮大农民专业合作社提供了新动能。本文通过整理天眼查关于农民专业合作社的具体信息,构造县域面板数据,采用“电子商务进农村综合示范县”这一准自然实验,系统考察了电子商务对农民专业合作社的影响效应及其作用机制。研究表明,电子商务能够增加农民专业合作社数量,扩大农民专业合作社规模,即电子商务影响农民专业合作社的“数量效应”和“规模效应”均成立。进一步分析显示,电子商务促进农民专业合作社发展壮大是通过“农业上行”和“产业融合”机制实现的。此外,电子商务对农民专业合作社数量和规模的影响因所属区域不同、农民专业合作社类型不同、互联网基础设施水平差异以及是否属于乡村振兴重点帮扶县而存在显著的异质性特征。这一结论为电子商务赋能农民专业合作社发展和全面推进乡村振兴提供了有力的经验性证据。Digital technologies and platforms represented by e-commerce are accelerating their expansion into the three rural areas(agriculture,rural areas and peasants),providing fresh impetus for the development and growth of farmers’specialized cooperatives.This study systematically investigates the impact and mechanisms of e-commerce on farmers’spe-cialized cooperatives.This investigation compiles specific data about these cooperatives from Tianyancha,constructs panel data at the county level,and utilizes the quasi-natural experiment conducted in the"Comprehensive Demonstration Counties for E-commerce in Rural Areas".The findings reveal that e-commerce increases the number of registrations and expands the average scale of farmers’specialized cooperatives.This suggests that both the"quantity effect"and"scale effect"of e-commerce on farmers’specialized cooperatives hold considerable importance.Moreover,e-commerce fosters the development of farmers’spe-cialized cooperatives through mechanisms such as"upgrading agriculture"and"industrial integration".Furthermore,the impact of e-commerce on the number and scale of farmers’spe-cialized cooperatives varies significantly depending on factors such as region,type of farmers’specialized cooperatives,disparities in internet infrastructure levels,and whether they belong to key counties supported for rural revitalization.This conclusion provides strong empirical evidence for empowering the development of farmers’specialized cooperatives through e-commerce and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.
