摘　　要：组织群众是中国共产党开展革命事业以及进行国家建设的重要工作经验。在乡村社会,组织群众主要指组织农民。新时代背景下,立足乡村治理视角对农民组织化问题展开整体与系统的研究具有重要的现实意义与学术价值。村庄共域是农民组织化在乡村治理中的应用场景,村庄共域的公共性、地方性以及实践性等特征与农民组织化的治理方式具有高度契合性。当前中国村庄社会仍具备对农民进行组织化动员的利益基础、社会基础以及制度基础。农民组织化过程中所内含的主体动员与农民参与、农民诉求的公私转化,以及共识达成与集体行动等多种运作机制,极大保证了农民组织化治理效能的发挥,能实现村庄内生问题的内部化治理、国家治理供给与村庄治理需求的有效衔接,以及村庄治理效率与治理正义的有机平衡。Organizing the masses is an important work experience for the CPC to carry out revolutionary cause and national construction.In the rural social field,organizing the masses mainly refers to organizing farmers.In the context of the new era,it is of great practical significance and academic value to conduct comprehensive and systematic research on the issue of farmer organization from the perspective of rural governance.Research suggests that village public domain is an application scenario of farmer organization in rural governance,and the public,local,and practical characteristics of village public domain governance are highly compatible with the governance methods of farmer organization.In addition,the current Chinese village society still has the interest,social,and institutional basis for organizing and mobilizing farmers.The various operational mechanisms involved in the process of farmer organization,such as subject mobilization and farmer participation,public-private transformation of farmer demands,consensus achievement and collective action,greatly ensure the effectiveness of farmer organization governance,and achieve internal governance of village problems,effective connection between national governance supply and village governance demand,and organic balance between village governance efficiency and governance justice.
