摘  要:网络教学平台的广泛运用是高等教育本身发展的必然要求,加强网络教学过程管理也势在必行,网络教学具有导向性、公开性与互动性的特点,其过程管理上构建信息沟通、共享机制、制度创新机制以及质量观的树立是优化管理策略的重点。然而过程管理面临诸多问题,如学生对网络教学认识存在偏差、教师对网络教学的运用存在困惑、网络教学管理出现的新困境,需要高校、主管部门与师生一起寻求网络教学过程管理的提升,从而促进人才培养质量的提高。The widespread use of online teaching platforms is an inevitable requirement for the development of higher education,and it is imperative to strengthen the management of the online teaching process.Online teaching has characteristics of guidance,openness,and interactivity,and the focus of optimizing management strategies in process management is to build mechanisms for information communication,sharing,institutional innovation,and the establishment of quality concepts.However,process management faces many problems,such as students'biased understanding of online teaching,teachers'confusion in the use of online teaching,and new dilemmas in online teaching management.It is necessary for colleges and universities,competent departments,and teachers and students to seek ways to improve the management of the online teaching process,thereby promoting the improvement of talent cultivation quality.
