摘　　要：随着教育理念的转变和社会需求的不断变化,高校教育也面临着新的挑战。OBE(Outcome-Based Education)理念作为一种注重学生实际学习成果的教学模式,对教育教学改革提出了新的要求。本文通过对普通心理学实验课程教学进行分析,探究实施过程中存在的问题,并提出基于OBE教学理念的改革策略,包括明确教学目标、优化课程内容设计、改进考核评估方式等方面,以有效促进学生知识掌握、实践能力及综合素养的提升,为学生未来的发展奠定坚实基础。With the transformation of educational concepts and the continuous changes in social demands,higher education also faces new challenges.OBE(Outcomes-Based Education)concept,as a teaching model that focuses on students'actual learning outcomes,puts forward new requirements for educational teaching reform.This paper analyzes the teaching of the"General Psychology Experiment"course,explores the problems existing in the implementation process,and proposes reform strategies based on the OBE teaching concept,including clarifying teaching objectives,optimizing course content design,and improving assessment methods,to effectively promote students'knowledge mastery,practical ability,and comprehensive quality improvement,and to lay a solid foundation for students'future development.
