摘　　要：横琴粤澳深度合作区建设上升为国家战略,对粤澳高等教育合作提出了新的要求。粤澳高等教育合作如何赋能区域发展,成为亟需解决的重要课题。粤澳高等教育合作并非始自当下,其产生与发展具有深厚的历史渊源与生成逻辑。当前双方在合作形式、合作内容、合作机制和合作范畴方面仍存在若干局限,未能充分赋能横琴粤澳深度合作区的发展。为克服这些局限,逻辑上,在宏观层面,可通过政府统筹安排的外生推动,实现粤澳高等教育合作的制度创新、协同共治;在中观层面,应利用高等教育自身发展的内生牵引,促进粤澳高等教育系统的内部整合、外部融合;在微观层面,要通过“教―科―产”融合的协同驱动,使粤澳高等教育合作落地于产业协同和经济发展。The construction of Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin has become a national strategy,which puts forward new requirements for the Guangdong-Macao higher education cooperation.How to empower the regional development by the higher education cooperation has become a strategic issue that needs to be resolved urgently.Guangdong-Australia higher education co-operation does not originate from the present moment,but has a deep historical origin and logic.Currently,there are still some limitations in the form,content,mechanism and scope of co-operation between the two sides,which have not fully empowered the development of Hengqin-Guangdong-Macao Deep Co-operation Zone.In order to overcome these limitations,it is necessary to construct a systematic framework:at the macro level,the system innovation and co-governance can be realized through the external promotion of the government's overall arrangement;at the meso level,the internal integration and external integration can be promoted through the internal traction of the higher education system;at the micro level,industrial synergy and economic development can be achieved through the“education-science-industry”synergy-driven.
