摘　　要：循环水泵出口端阀门是保障循环水系统安全运行的关键设备,起到防止介质倒流和减少水锤危害的作用,对循环水场的安全运行有着重要影响。根据循环水泵的运行条件和自身特点,本文推荐了三种阀门的选型方案,并介绍了阀门的工作原理与结构特点。通过对阀门口径范围、安装空间、经济性、检维修难易程度四个方面的对比分析,认为蝶形缓闭止回阀结构最为简单、检维修最为容易,液控止回蝶阀体积最小、需要的安装空间最小,而多功能水泵控制阀成本最低、经济性最好。本文的分析结果可为设计人员在循环水泵出口端阀门选型时提供指导和参考。The valve at the outlet end of circulating water pump is the key equipment to ensure the safe operation of circulating water system.It plays a role in preventing medium backflow and reducing the harm of water hammer,and has an important impact on the safe operation of circulating water field.According to the operating conditions of circulating water pump and its own characteristics,this paper recommends three kinds of valve selection scheme,and introduces the working principle and structural characteristics of the valve.Through the comparative analysis of four aspects of valve diameter range,installation space,economy and difficulty of inspection and maintenance,it is considered that the butterfly slow closing check valve structure is the simplest and the inspection and maintenance is the easiest.The hydraulic control check butterfly valve has the smallest volume and the smallest installation space required,while the multi-function pump control valve has the lowest cost and the best economy.The analysis results of this paper can provide guidance and reference for designers in the selection of valves at the outlet end of circulating water pump.
