摘  要:论文基于2013—2021年黄河流域9个省份的面板数据,从DPSIR和投入产出视角分别构建生态产业和科技创新评价体系,运用综合评价模型、耦合协调度模型和相对发展模型,测度黄河流域生态产业与科技创新发展水平以及二者耦合协调度;通过构建障碍度模型、面板固定效应模型,研究黄河流域耦合协调度的内外影响因素。结果表明:黄河流域生态产业综合发展水平呈上升态势,科技创新综合发展水平增长了两倍;两大系统耦合协调度逐年优化,具有“下游>全域>中游>上游”的空间分布特征,全域相对发展类型以均衡发展和科技创新滞后类型为主,中上游以生态产业滞后型为主,下游以科技创新滞后型为主;市场技术成交额和人均用水量是两大系统耦合协调度的主要内部障碍因子;信息化水平、经济发展水平、文旅发展水平、产业结构升级是耦合协调度的正向外部影响因素,且影响作用依次递减。Based on the panel data of nine provinces and regions in the Yellow River Basin from 2013 to 2021,construct ecological industry evaluation system from DPSIR perspective and the evaluation system of scientific and technological innovation from the perspective of input-output.The comprehensive evaluation model,coupling coordination degree model and relative development model were used to measure the development level of ecological industry and scientific and technological innovation and their coupling coordination degree in the Yellow River Basin.By constructing obstacle degree model and panel fixed effect model,the internal and external influencing factors of coupling coordination degree in Yellow River Basin were studied.The results showed that the comprehensive development level of ecological industry was on the rise,and the comprehensive development level of scientific and technological innovation was increased by two times.The coupling coordination degree of the two systems is optimized year by year,with the spatial distribution characteristics of“downstream>global>midstream>upstream”.The overall relative development types are mainly characterized by balanced development and lagging technological innovation.In the middle and upper reaches,the lagging ecological industry type is predominant,while in the lower reaches,the lagging technological innovation type is the main feature.The amount of market technology transaction and per capita water consumption are the main internal obstacle factors of the coupling coordination degree of the two systems.The level of informatization,the level of economic development,the level of cultural and tourism development,and the industrial structure are the positive external influencing factors of the coupling coordination degree,with their impacts decreasing in that order.
