摘　　要：企业绿色创新是区域经济绿色发展的重要驱动力,由组织条件、环境条件与政策条件组成的条件组态是区域经济能否实现可持续发展的关键条件。论文利用我国31个省份上市企业的绿色创新相关数据,构建三大条件框架指标体系,基于组织条件、环境条件与政策条件运用fsQCA方法探讨导致相同结果的不同组态之间的协调组合作用机理。通过研究发现,我国促进企业绿色创新具有环境—组织型、环境—组织—政策型和组织—政策型三类组态作用路径,其中企业信息公开、区域市场化水平与绿色金融政策条件在促进高水平企业绿色创新多数组态中发挥着重要作用,经稳健性检验后结论依然成立。异质性分析表明,我国东部、中部、西部地区的发展、资源禀赋存在差异,与东部地区相比,中部和西部地区企业注意力分配与绿色金融政策在促进企业绿色创新方面效果更好,因此在促进企业绿色创新路径上有不同选择。在此基础上,针对促进区域绿色创新以推动国家绿色发展提出建议。Enterprise green innovation is an important driving force for the green development of regional economy,and the conditional configuration composed of organizational conditions,environmental conditions and policy conditions is the key condition for whether the regional economy can achieve sustainable development.This paper uses the green innovation related data of listed enterprises in 31 provinces in China to construct three major conditional framework index systems,and uses the fsQCA method to explore the coordinated and combined mechanism between different configurations leading to the same result based on organizational conditions,environmental conditions and policy conditions.It is found that the promotion of green innovation of enterprises in China has three types of configuration paths:Environment-organization,environment-organization,and organization-policy,among which enterprise information disclosure,regional marketization level and green finance policy conditions play an important role in promoting high-level enterprise green innovation in multiple arrays,and the conclusion is still valid after the robustness test.The heterogeneity analysis shows that there are differences in the development and resource endowment of the eastern,central and western regions of China,and compared with the eastern region,the allocation of corporate attention and green finance policies in the central and western regions have better effects in promoting the green innovation of enterprises,so there are different choices in promoting the green innovation path of enterprises.Based on this,suggestions are put forward to promote regional green innovation in order to drive national green development.
