摘　　要：绿色经济转型是推进生态文明建设、实现“双碳”目标,促进经济高质量发展的重要内容。论文在理论分析的基础上,基于中国2005—2020年的城市面板数据,采用双重差分法检验低碳城市试点政策对绿色经济转型的影响,并从城市特质详细考察试点政策影响城市绿色经济转型的异质性,然后进一步对理论机制进行检验。研究发现,低碳城市试点政策能够有效提升试点城市的绿色经济转型水平,并且结论具有稳健性;异质性检验表明,在资源型城市、大城市或者东部地区城市,试点政策的作用效果要更加明显;机制检验表明低碳城市试点政策能够通过提高技术创新水平、推动产业结构升级、优化城市公共服务等方式促进城市绿色经济转型。这一研究对推进低碳城市发展,实现经济高质量发展具有重要参考意义。The transformation of green economy is an important part of promoting ecological civilization construction,achieving the dual carbon goals,and promoting high-quality economic development.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this article uses the double difference method to test the impact of low-carbon city pilot policies on green economy transformation based on China’s urban panel data from 2005 to 2020.It also examines the heterogeneity of pilot policies affecting urban green economy transformation from the perspective of urban characteristics in detail,and further tests the theoretical mechanism.Research has found that low-carbon city pilot policies can effectively enhance the level of green economy transformation in pilot cities,and the conclusions are robust;Heterogeneity testing indicates that in resource-based cities,large cities,or cities in the eastern region,the effect of pilot policies is more pronounced;Mechanism testing shows that low-carbon city pilot policies can promote the transformation of urban green economy by improving the level of technological innovation,promoting industrial structure upgrading,and optimizing urban public services.This study has important reference significance for promoting the development of low-carbon cities and achieving high-quality economic development.
