产业组织嵌入视角下农户绿色农业技术行为响应机制研究

摘　　要：推广并提高农户绿色农业生产技术应用水平,是平衡好农业高质量发展与生态环境保护间的有力抓手。论文以豫鄂两省1 487户农户的实地调研数据为基础,以农户采纳绿色农业技术为研究对象,根据已有认知经验构建“农业产业组织模式—农户绿色生产行为”的研究范式及理论架构,引入Multivariate Probit模型,探究在不同产业组织模式下对农户绿色农业生产技术采纳的影响机制。结果显示:相较于传统交易模式,横向和纵向产业组织模式为更优选择,能起到明显的正向激励作用,更利于农户采纳绿色农业技术,其作用机制包括提高农户绿色认知进而促进农户绿色农业技术的采纳;同时,政府宣传与相关规制起着重要调节作用。鉴于此,为达成推动农户采纳绿色农业技术、自觉践行绿色生产行为以及加速农业绿色发展的目标,需要大力提高农户组织化程度,正向鼓励、引导更多的农户选择横向或纵向的紧密型产业组织模式。另外,还要提升农户绿色认知,关注乡邻的率先示范影响,发挥政府宣传作用。Agricultural pollution poses a significant constraint on the high-quality development of agriculture.Promoting and enhancing the application level of green agricultural production technologies among farmers is a crucial approach to balancing high-quality agricultural development with ecological and environmental protection.This paper is based on field survey data from 1487 farmer samples in Henan and Hubei provinces,focusing on the adoption of green agricultural production technologies.A research paradigm and a theoretical framework of“Agricultural Industrial Organization Model Farmer Green Production Behavior”are constructed based on the existing cognitive experiences.The Multivariate Probit model is introduced to explore the influence mechanism on farmers’adoption of green agricultural technologies under different industrial organization models.The results show that compared to traditional transaction modes,horizontal and vertical organizational models are more advantageous,offering significant positive incentives and facilitating the adoption of one or multiple green agricultural technologies by farmers.The mechanisms include enhancing farmers’green awareness and thereby promoting the adoption of green agricultural technologies,with government propaganda and related regulations playing a crucial regulatory role.Given this,in order to promote the adoption of green agricultural technologies by farmers,practice green production behavior,and accelerate green agricultural development,it is necessary to improve the organizational level of farmers significantly.Positive encouragement and guidance should be provided to more farmers to choose closely-knit horizontal or vertical industrial organization models.Additionally,enhancing farmers’green awareness,focusing on the pioneering demonstration effect of neighbors,and leveraging the role of government propaganda and regulations are essential.
