摘　　要：在城镇化和气候变化加剧的背景下,乡村地区具备的生态调节功能大为凸显,提高乡村生态韧性成为规避风险和应对危机的关键。论文以生态韧性理论为视角,评估乡村地区的生态韧性水平,探究乡村地区在空间上应对生态风险能力的差异,从而制定相应的区域化生态治理策略,以有效提升乡村地区防范和化解生态风险的能力。基于对国内外相关研究和韧性评估相关方法的梳理,得出生态风险水平和生态系统本底质量是乡村韧性评价的两个重要方面,进一步建立乡村生态韧性评估框架。以北京市门头沟区斋堂镇为例进行实证分析,验证了乡村生态韧性评估框架的可行性。最后提出不同生态韧性问题区的能力建设的目标措施,为乡村生态韧性提升提供了思路,为乡村地区开展生态风险应对及乡村国土空间生态修复提供决策支持和政策建议。In the context of urbanization and the intensification of climate change,the ecological adjustment function of rural areas has been greatly highlighted.Improving the ecological resilience of rural areas has become the key to risk avoidance and crisis management.From the perspective of ecological resilience theory,the ecological resilience level of rural areas is assessed,and the differences in the ability of rural areas to cope with ecological risks are explored,so as to formulate corresponding regional ecological governance strategies and to effectively improve the ability of rural areas to prevent and resolve ecological risks.Based on the review of relevant domestic and foreign studies and resilience assessment methods,it is concluded that ecological risk level and habitat quality are two important aspects of rural resilience assessment.The rural ecological resilience assessment framework is further established,and the habitat quality and ecological risk assessment are carried out through the formula.Taking Zhaitang Town in Mentougou District of Beijing as a case study,the feasibility of the rural ecological resilience assessment framework was empirically verified.Finally,target measures for capacity building in areas with different ecological resilience issues were proposed.This provides ideas for enhancing rural ecological resilience and offers decision-making support and policy recommendations for ecological risk management and ecological restoration of rural territorial space in rural areas.
