摘　　要：目的探究达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗初诊2型糖尿病患者的效果及对糖脂代谢的影响。方法选择2022年1月—2024年6月金湖县人民医院接受治疗的初诊2型糖尿病患者68例,参照用药方案分为对照组(34例)进行二甲双胍治疗,研究组(34例)在对照组的基础上进行达格列净治疗。对比两组血糖指标、血脂指标、胰岛β细胞功能指数、胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛素水平。结果治疗后,相比于对照组,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平、胰岛素抵抗指数均更低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平、胰岛β细胞功能指数均更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。组间空腹胰岛素比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组餐后30 min、60 min、120 min胰岛素水平相比于对照组均更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论达格列净、二甲双胍联合治疗初诊2型糖尿病,可促进患者的糖脂代谢水平、胰岛功能改善。Objective To explore the effect of dapagliflozin combined with metformin in the treatment of newly diag⁃nosed type 2 diabetic patients and its effect on glucose and lipid metabolism.Methods A total of 68 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes admitted to Jinhu County People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were se⁃lected according to different treatment methods and divided into the control group(34 cases)was treated with metfor⁃min,and the study group(34 cases)was treated with dapagliflozin on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose indexes,blood lipid indexes,isletβcell function index,insulin resistance index and insulin level were compared be⁃tween the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and insulin resistance index in the study group were lower,while the levels of high density lipoprotein cho⁃lesterol and isletβcell function index were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in fasting insulin level between the two groups(P>0.05).The insulin levels at 30 min,60 min and 120 min after meal in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Dapagliflozin combined with metformin in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes can promote the level of glucose and lipid metabolism and improve islet function.
