基于人文关怀的优质护理在妊娠期糖尿病产妇剖宫产围手术期中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析基于人文关怀的优质护理在妊娠期糖尿病产妇剖宫产围手术期中的应用价值。方法选择2022年1月—2024年1月于厦门市湖里区妇幼保健院进行诊治的68例妊娠期糖尿病产妇,所有产妇均进行剖宫产,根据护理方法的不同分为对照组(34例,常规护理干预)、研究组(34例,基于人文关怀的优质护理干预)。比较两组血糖情况、负性情绪、护理满意度、视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分。结果产前1 d,两组产妇的血糖指标水平较入院时均有所改善,且研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。术后7 d,两组产妇负性情绪评分较产前1 d均有所改善,且研究组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后7 d、14 d,两组产妇的VAS评分均降低,且研究组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论基于人文关怀的优质护理干预可以改善产妇的血糖水平,缓解产妇的不良情绪,降低其疼痛感,护理满意度更高。Objective To analyze the application value of high quality nursing based on humanistic care in the periop⁃erative period of cesarean section in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods From January 2022 to January 2024,a total of 68 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus who were diagnosed and treated in Xiamen Huli District Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected.All pregnant women underwent cesarean sec⁃tion.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(34 cases,routine nursing interven⁃tion)and study group(34 cases,high quality nursing intervention based on humanistic care).The blood glucose,nega⁃tive emotion,nursing satisfaction and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score were compared between the two groups.Results One day before delivery,the levels of blood glucose indexes in the two groups were improved compared with those at admission,and the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglo⁃bin A1c in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).At 7 days after operation,the negative emotion scores of the two groups were improved compared with those at 1 day before delivery,and the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).At 7 days and 14 days after operation,the VAS scores of the two groups decreased,and those of the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing intervention based on humanistic care can improve maternal blood glucose levels,al⁃leviate maternal bad mood,reduce their pain,and have higher nursing satisfaction.
