多学科协作诊疗模式治疗糖尿病足患者的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析多学科协作诊疗(multidisciplinary team,MDT)模式治疗糖尿病足(diabetic foot,DF)患者的应用价值。方法选择2023年1月—2024年2月吴川市人民医院内分泌科收治的86例DF患者,根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组(43例,采取常规降血糖、换药治疗)、观察组(43例,采取MDT治疗)。比较两组白细胞计数、血糖指标、DF截肢率、住院天数。结果治疗后,观察组白细胞计数、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组DF截肢率、住院天数均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论DF患者运用MDT治疗能够显著改善患者的血糖控制情况,有效缩短住院天数。Objective To analyze the application value of multidisciplinary team(MDT)in the treatment of patients with diabetic foot(DF).Methods A total of 86 patients with DF admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of Wuch⁃uan People's Hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected and divided into control group(43 cases,treated with routine hypoglycemic and dressing change)and observation group(43 cases,treated with MDT)according to different treatment methods.The white blood cell count,blood glucose indexes,DF amputation rate and hospitaliza⁃tion days were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of white blood cell count,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the DF amputation rate and hospitalization days in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The use of MDT in DF patients can significantly improve the patient's blood glucose control and shorten the length of hospital stay.
