糖化血红蛋白与血脂检测在2型糖尿病检测中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究糖化血红蛋白与血脂检测在2型糖尿病检测中的临床价值。方法选取2023年1月1日—12月31日东莞市石排医院收治的50例2型糖尿病患者作为观察组,将同期50例健康人群作为对照组,均实施空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白与血脂检测,比较两组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂水平及各指标单独检查与糖化血红蛋白+血脂联合检查的诊断效能。结果观察组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),两组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。糖化血红蛋白联合血脂检查诊断2型糖尿病的灵敏度为100.00%、特异度为97.00%,曲线下面积为1.000。结论糖化血红蛋白与血脂检查对2型糖尿病的诊断价值更高。Objective To explore the clinical value of glycated hemoglobin A1c and blood lipid detection in the detec⁃tion of type 2 diabetes.Methods From January 1 to December 31,2023,50 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Shipai Hospital in Dongguan were selected as the observation group,and 50 healthy people during the same period were selected as the control group.Fasting plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c and blood lipid were detected.The levels of fasting plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c and blood lipid and the diagnostic efficacy of single de⁃tection and combined detection of glycated hemoglobin A1c and blood lipid were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of fasting plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of high density lipoprotein choles⁃terol between the two groups(P>0.05).The sensitivity of glycated hemoglobin A1c combined with blood lipid detection in the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes was 100.00%and the specificity was 97.00%,and the area under the curve was 1.000.Conclusion Glycated hemoglobin A1c and blood lipid detection have higher diagnostic value for type 2 diabetes.
