妊娠期糖尿病患者应用胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨在妊娠期糖尿病患者的治疗中采用胰岛素联合二甲双胍的效果。方法选取2022年8月—2023年8月泉州市第一医院诊治的妊娠期糖尿病患者150例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=75,采用胰岛素治疗)与研究组(n=75,在对照组的基础上联合二甲双胍治疗),对比两组血糖水平、胰岛功能、剖宫产率及妊娠结局。结果研究组血糖水平及胰岛功能均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组剖宫产率及不良妊娠结局发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论采取胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗妊娠期糖尿病患者可恢复其胰岛功能,有效控制血糖水平,降低剖宫产率并改善妊娠结局。Objective To explore the effect of insulin combined with metformin in the treatment of patients with gesta⁃tional diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 150 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus diagnosed and treated in Quanzhou First Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=75,treated with insulin)and study group(n=75,treated with metformin on the basis of the control group)according to dif⁃ferent treatment methods.The blood glucose levels,islet function,cesarean section rate and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose level and islet function of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The cesarean section rate and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin combined with metformin in the treat⁃ment of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can restore their islet function,effectively control blood glucose lev⁃els,reduce cesarean section rates,and improve pregnancy outcomes.
