二甲双胍与阿卡波糖联用对2型糖尿病患者机体糖脂代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的分析二甲双胍与阿卡波糖联用对2型糖尿病患者机体糖脂代谢的影响。方法选取2022年10月—2024年6月经宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院确诊为2型糖尿病的70例患者,依据治疗方法的不同分为对照组(n=35)单服二甲双胍缓释片,观察组(n=35)在对照组基础上同时服用阿卡波糖。对比组间临床疗效、糖脂代谢状况、胰岛功能及用药安全情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平、胰岛素抵抗指数均更低,空腹胰岛素水平更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论二甲双胍与阿卡波糖联用治疗2型糖尿病患者,能够有效提升临床治疗效果,调节机体糖脂代谢状况,加快胰岛功能恢复,且用药不良反应少,治疗安全性较高。Objective To analyze the effect of metformin combined with acarbose on glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From October 2022 to June 2024,a total of 70 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnosed in Ningde Normal University Affiliated Ningde City Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(n=35)took metformin sustained-release tablets alone,and the observation group(n=35)took acarbose on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,glucose and lipid metabolism,islet function and drug safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and homeostasis model assessment of in⁃sulin resistance in the observation group were lower,the fasting insulin level was higher,the differences were statisti⁃cally significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of metformin and acarbose in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,regulate the body's glucose and lipid metabolism,accelerate the recovery of islet function,and have fewer adverse drug reactions and higher treatment safety.
